Trauma-Rama
This is the pants-wetting sound of a Chicago tornado alarm. As if I wasn't frightened enough when they test a snippet of the alarm on the first Tuesday of every month. Yesterday, we got the whole enchilada--a definite rarity in this toddlin' town.
Strangely, I was more transfixed than running toward my (flooded) basement.
12pm Update: Now there's some dude blowing into the microphone and saying "This is only a test." They've been testing the speakers all day. We hear you! Abraham Lincoln can hear you!

I am telling you...Twista Dance Party! The dance remix of the YEAR. I'll invest.
ReplyDeleteLOL, it's only right that Chicago-native Twista perform it.
